Everything here is made from scratch — the sauce, the broth, even the bread they serve. You can really feel the owners’ philosophy and love for food in every bite. Each dish is filled with passion and care. They made my day so special. The food and service were both excellent — everything was absolutely delicious.

My husband and I loved our dining experience here. Everything was delicious and it was mesmerizing watching the 2 chefs cook everything in front of us - so professional and seamless. Every time we try another Italian restaurant we compare it to this dining experience and so far nothing has come close. It’s too bad we live too far otherwise we would visit often.

We booked for 5 but a few people were not able to attend. Luckily, we ordered for takeout and despite a ride of 15-20min, the pasta were excellent. I can only imagine them better if eaten on site. The shrimps agnollotti, ricotta ravioli, cannelloni Bolognese and meatballs were delicious. The sauces are on the thicker side but full of distinct flavors. The pasta perfectly paired with the Amarone Castelforte. All pasta are made fresh. Definitely a place to try if you need a refill in carbs. We will be back :-) UPDATES: Dining in person was equally good, if not better. Thank you to the Team at MLI for the great hospitality.

Small place. You definitely should make a reservation. We had arancini balls, shrimp black tagliatelle, vitello marsala and the tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Arancini balls were perfectly crispy on the outside and rich and creamy inside. Tagliatelle was very fresh and shrimp perfectly cooked. The croquette was a little cold in the vitello dish. Tiramisu was super delish, as other reviewers have said. Overall great!!

This place is absolutely worth the hype! Great service, food came out relatively quickly. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend a reso as they are always full!

This is a late post but wanted to share a neighbourhood gem! This place is a great Italian restaurant in Calgary that deserves more attention from the locals. We had a great dining experience for our date night. Every dish hit the spot for us , especially their house made tiramisu! Our hostess was friendly and attentive. We ordered: - creamy carbonara arancini - caprese salad - fungi tagliatelle - lobster linguine - house made tiramisu The only dish that was tasting a little off for me was the lobster special of the night. It was delicious but a little under seasoned for my liking. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

When you want honest, fresh, homemade Italian cuisine this is where you go! This is the real deal. Incredible food made fresh to order. Service is friendly and suggestive. The chef has a true passion on the finished product that leaves for the table. A small, but inviting atmosphere that makes you feel special and cared for. Walk in and be consumed by the incredible smell! Never did I feel like I was waiting for anything as the staff was all over it! The Tiramusu for dessert was to die for...amazing! Make a reservation and try My Little Italia

Best pasta place so far. The environment is really nice and comfortable. It’s a small restaurant but even when it gets full it’s not super loud and you can enjoy your time out. We ordered the arrabiata 20 (which is actually spicy and yummy, way better than other places) and chicken rigatoni 25 ( comes with a pesto base sauce which I could honestly lick the plate haha it’s that good. You also get complimentary bread. There were couple options for vegetarian food. Overall, the bill was 50 bucks and the service was really nice. Book a reservation before you go!
